Fujitsu Rolls Out New Tablet PC Model
Fujitsu is coming out with the LifeBook T4000 Tablet PC. The specs are impressive: 2GB of RAM and a 40GB hard drive.
According to the Fijitsu press release, "The LifeBook T4000 Tablet PC will begin shipping on October 21, 2004." Pricing will start at $2,019 for this new tablet PC model.

Handwriting Recognition Great Feature of Tablet PC
The handwriting recognition feature of Microsoft Tablet PC Edition is impressive. I've shown this feature to half a dozen friends by using the tablet pc pen and letting them write onto the monitor. For those of you who aren't familiar with the Tablet PC, this function makes taking notes in actual handwriting a snap. Best of all, the handwriting can later be converted to text or sent as an email.
The reaction of my friends and co-workers has been unanimous. They all indicate they would like to have a tablet pc in the future. For now, the cost may bar many of them, but this is the future of mobile laptop computers.
